Adwords Profits 2- Another Lame E-Book?

Is this new e-book, Adwords Profits 2, by Jacobo Benitez really all it's cracked up to be? Or is it another over-hyped, regurgitated "same ol' stuff we've seen before"?

Over the past few weeks I have been bombarded with e-mails from every guru out there touting this new e-book. Here are a few of the highlights of what this product is claiming:

• $.04 cent clicks or lower on Google adwords
• Increasing your conversions with highly relevant landing pages
• Reaping HUGE profits with PLR (Private Label Rights) and MRR (Master Resale Rights)
• Step-by-Step examples of his own campaigns.
• Build a huge opt-in list using adwords

Now I've been burned before by really good sales pages (who hasn't) so I was very skeptical of the claims. But, of course, my interest was piqued. How can this guy make $16,000 every month? Was it for real? And was the step-by-step directions easy enough to follow?
